GENERAL

1. Parents/Guardians are requested to sign the Progress Report in the appropriate place at per time and to note the number of days child has been absents during a month

2. The evaluation of answer scripts and of other work done by candidates during the examination is within domestic jurisdiction of the school and therefore, no outside person or authority has jurisdiction to check / scrutinize the answer scripts or other work done by candidates. However Guardians are requested to come and peruse the performance of their ward when called for, but under no circumstances shall the answer scripts be allowed to be taken through any electronic system ar Mobile In case of any problem regarding marking or evaluation please consult the Rector / Head of the or Institution / Vice Principal

3. Parents/Guardians are also id to notify the school of any change in address and telephone/mobile number

4. Parents and Guardians are NOT are not allow see their children or interview teachers during school hours. An appointment with a teacher may be made through the Rector/Head of the Institution/Principal/Vice Principal only. Gift in any form to any members of staff are not permitted on any account.

5. Children should not buy eatables from the vendor outside the school gate.

6. Please do not phone school on days when there is heavy rain, suspension of public transport or any other emergency. School will continue for those who are present.

7. Pupils are subject to school discipline not only in the school compound but also while coming from and returning to their homes and other public place. After school hours if any students are engaged in any sorts of grave misconduct the school should not be held responsible.

8. Presents to the staff or demonstration in their honour not permitted. Collection for any purpose whatsoever can be made only with the permission of the Rector/Secretary.

9. Pupil are not permitted to leave the school during school hours without special written permission of the Rector/Principal/Vice Principal.

10. The school does not have or provide own school buses, however there are contractors to run the buses to pick and drop the students from their destination. It is to be noted that sending your children by any bus is at your own risk The contractors are abided to follow the rules and regulation as required by the transport department Govt of West Bengal In case the bus owners or driver are violating any law that is not the responsibility of the school Any misbehavior with student on bus any Khalasis /Conductors/Drivers should be informed to school. The school may take steps accordingly However the school is not liable to pay any compensation or answerable legally.
